Our goal has always been to tailor our services to satisfy each respective client’s needs and we are selective in our property management clients. We preview all properties before we consider adding it to our portfolio and pride ourselves in the quality of service for clients and not the quantity of clients we manage.
Sierra Property Management was started in 1993 by Rebecca Cohn (“Becky”) with only a few managed properties. Two decades later, Sierra Property Management is an industry leader and household name in Santa Barbara real estate management.
We currently have a strong core of long-term licensed Real Estate Agents (an agent employment requirement of Sierra) working on a variety of properties in addition to a strong core of long-term accounting people who are well-versed in many software programs to efficiently handle our residential and commercial leases, including triple net accounting and appropriate chargebacks. At least one agent and one bookkeeper have been with Becky before she started Sierra in 1993. There are a few “newbies” that keep Sierra on the cutting edge of marketing and software developments, but most in our valued team have been together for over a decade.
