As a resident with Sierra Property Management, we encourage you to first meet the agent assigned to your property, if you have not done so already. You will have a contact person to communicate any issue you have directly, but with the security of knowing you could talk to anybody at our office who will be happy to help you.
With your maintenance calls, you will have the option of allowing Sierra Property Management coordinate with the service companies to pick up a key to provide the service, or communicate with you directly so you could be present.
