We have been in business serving our community since 1993.  During these years, we have been providing timely, high quality, and professional property management services to commercial and residential properties throughout Santa Barbara County.  Our robust team is includes licensed real estate agents, a licensed contractor, and more importantly, friendly staff to meet all your needs.

 

Our goal has always been to tailor our services to satisfy each respective client’s needs and we are selective in our property management clients. We preview all properties before we consider adding it to our portfolio and pride ourselves in the quality of service for clients and not the quantity of clients we manage.

 

Sierra Property Management was started in 1993 by Rebecca Cohn (“Becky”) with only a few managed properties. Today, Sierra Property Management is an industry leader and household name in Santa Barbara real estate management.

 

We currently have a strong core of licensed Real Estate Agents (a property manager requirement of Sierra) working on a variety of properties in addition to a dedicated accounting team who are well-versed in many software programs to efficiently handle our residential and commercial leases, including triple net accounting and appropriate chargebacks.  Our focus in curating our team is attitude: all who are at Sierra must have positive dispositions where you want to get to know them and they genuinely enjoy working with people and getting to know our residents and owners. Our portfolio inventory matches what you see in our community: large complexes, duplexes/fourplexes, single family homes from the modest to luxury, and everything in between.
